As the sixth stop of the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation, Inc.’s Aid for Humanity US tour, brethren from the Ecclesiastical District of Mountain States travelled to The Burdette Hall, San Carlos, Arizona, USA on August 20, 2019 to provide humanitarian assistance to the residents of the City of Globe.
Beneficiaries, including the native Americans in the community, received bags of groceries and school supplies prepared by the brethren. Meanwhile, four local agencies within the City, namely the Alderman House, Safe Haven for Women of Domestic Violence, Globe Police and Fire Departments, and the City of Globe, received monetary donations from the foundation.
Appreciative of the Church’s act of kindness, on October 8, 2019, Globe City Mayor Al Gameros proclaimed August 20 as the day of FYM Foundation in Globe, Arizona. — With reports from INC News Section
